Join a fast-growing Australian company helping everyday Australians (including Defence members) build wealth through property. We’re looking for a proactive, goal-driven Customer Service Representative to help us connect with warm leads and support them on their investment journey.
What You’ll Do
- Call and engage warm leads—people who’ve downloaded our resources, attended webinars, or enquired via our content
- Follow up with webinar registrants to boost attendance and guide them through their next steps
- Book initial appointments with qualified prospects for our property consultants
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent client service during all interactions
- Log all activity in our CRM (Zoho) and contribute to continuous improvement of our outreach process
- Hit and exceed KPIs around conversations, attendance, and appointments booked
- Support the Property Investment Consultants by providing accurate lead information and ensuring smooth handover of prospects
- Work with your team to achieve success

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Sales, outreach, or customer service experience
- A love for hitting targets and seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard
- Clear communication skills and confidence in guiding conversations
- Experience with or an understanding of the Australian Defence Force (highly regarded)
- Property Investment Knowledge
- Experience using CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
- The ability to learn things quickly and implement the feedback you are given
- A self-motivated mindset—you’re reliable, focused, and don’t need micromanaging
KPIs You’ll Be Aiming For
- 200 meaningful conversations per month
- 20 Strategy Session appointments booked with qualified leads
- 40 Discovery Call appointments booked with potential leads
- 40% webinar attendance rate for registrants
