About the role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Administrator to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and financial processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will help drive system improvements and ensure the integrity of critical business operations.

As part of our team, you will assist in the delivery, maintenance, and support of contemporary EAM systems and reporting tools. Your work will directly contribute to optimising system performance, improving productivity, and supporting the PTA’s commitment to quality service delivery.

In this role, you will manage and maintain EAM security access and system controls while supporting the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, and customisations. You will oversee the creation and migration of customised reports using Business Objects, provide super-user and identify opportunities to improve systems to mitigate risk and enhance productivity. Additionally, you will control interfaces between PTA sub-systems and third-party providers and play a key role in financial processes by managing period-end activities, including month-end, year-end, and scheduled jobs.

About You!

We are looking for someone who brings:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Extensive experience with large and complex EAM systems in a commercial accrual-based environment, including Ellipse or similar platforms.
- Strong background in system administration, customisation, and report development using Business Objects or equivalent tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with conceptual and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear reports and engage effectively with stakeholders.
