Position
The CFO is responsible for the organisation’s financial vision, strategy, and operational excellence. The role oversees financial planning, reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management functions domestically and internationally. In partnership with the CEO and MD, the CFO shapes long-term strategy, ensures financial discipline, and drives sustainable, profitable growth.
Profile
The role leads five direct reports and fosters a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities are
- Strategic Leadership: Align financial strategy with business objectives, identify growth opportunities, monitor trends, and advise the CEO and Board.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead budgeting, multi-year planning, reforecasting, capital allocation, and risk management; provide actionable financial insights.
- Treasury & Governance: Manage cash flow, banking, debt, and compliance; safeguard assets and oversee strategic transaction due diligence.
- Team Leadership: Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and succession planning while promoting continuous improvement.
Benefite:

- Salary circa $230-250k plus super; flexible for the right candidate.
