Location: Parramatta (Hybrid after training)
Rate: $35/hr + Super
Type: 5-month assignment (potential to extend)
About the Role
Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Customer Service Provider to join a leading organization in the energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls within agreed service guidelines.
- Achieve KPIs and maintain service standards.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers and internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the team leader.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Computer literacy and adaptability to current systems.
- Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (typical hours: 6am–10pm; occasional night cover).
Additional Details
- Inbound calls: Approx. 30–50 per day (6 on night shift).
- Outbound calls: Minimal.
- Hours: 8-hour shifts.
- Hybrid work: Available after training.
