Your Role
Dental Assistant:
• Chairside assistance across a variety of clinical procedures
• Sterilisation and infection control
- lab skills
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
• Supporting a smooth, efficient patient experience
- perform dental reception duties as required.
Receptionist:
• Managing the front desk with confidence and professionalism
• Patient bookings and communication
• Handling enquiries and coordinating patient flow
• Contributing to a welcoming, well-run reception environment
- Perform dental assistant duties chairside from time to time (including steri/ lab/ other as needed).
Both roles include:
• Working within a supportive, high-standards team
• Bringing empathy, confidence and initiative to each day
• Helping us deliver a caring patient experience as we grow

What We're Looking For
• Experience in dental assisting or dental reception
• Strong communication and genuine patient-centred focus
• Reliability, initiative and a team-first approach
• Experience with D4W is helpful
• Someone excited to grow with us as we diversify
