Asian Trend Beauty｜Full time Receptionist
Working Hours: 5 days per week (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
? Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle check-ins, manage waiting areas, and guide clients to treatment rooms
- Answer phone calls and reply to messages
- Manage bookings, rescheduling, and daily appointment flow
- Coordinate schedules with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
? Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update client profiles and skin history
- Conduct follow-up messages/calls after treatments
- Provide basic explanations of skincare concepts and treatment benefits
- Offer suitable treatment suggestions based on client needs (no hard selling required)
? Social Media & Online Platform Management
- Manage our Instagram account: posts, stories, reels
- Respond to online enquiries and messages
- Assist in content creation (photos, short videos, product highlights, treatment clips)
- Write simple captions or treatment/product descriptions
- Manage online booking and basic data entry
? Sales Support
- Present treatment packages and promos when needed
- Assist in explaining product/tester usage
- Support customer enquiries related to services and skin concerns

? Skills & Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- Multilingual ability is a strong advantage
(e.g., English / Mandarin / Malay / Japanese / Korean, etc.)
- Comfortable using smartphones/tablets and booking systems
- Basic understanding of Instagram and social media (training provided)
- Willing to learn about:
- Skin management (hydration, brightening, anti-aging, acne care)
- Treatment principles (OPT, Pico, microneedling, HIFU, etc.)
- Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required
