Company: Wilsons Sign Solutions Location: 2 Nocturnal La, Neerabup, WA 6031 Position: Multimedia Designer Employment type: Full-time (38 hour per week) Pay: AU$76,000.00 – AU$82,000/annum + superannuation (commensurate with experience) About Us: Wilsons Sign Solutions is a long-established signage, engraving and digital content-production company delivering high-quality visual solutions for clients across Western Australia. We specialise in digital printing, LED scoreboards, honour boards, plaques, wayfinding signage and content-management systems.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Liaise with management teams to understand project requirements and client objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts for signage, digital displays, honour boards, printed materials and marketing assets.
- Create digital artwork, graphics, illustrations and multimedia content for use across print, engraving and electronic displays.
- Prepare storyboards, mock-ups, visual drafts or design samples for internal review and client approval.
- Produce accurate, production-ready files suitable for digital printing, CNC engraving, LED screens or other fabrication processes.
- Modify and adapt existing artwork to meet sizing, material and production specifications.
- Select appropriate file formats, design methods and media to ensure high-quality output across various display types.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure designs are feasible,



functional and aligned with material constraints.
- Assist with the creation of video or motion graphics content for LED scoreboards and digital signage systems.
- Maintain an organised library of visual assets, templates, brand elements and project files.
- Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all designed products, from concept through to final output.

Skills & Experience:

- Relevant Bachelor or above degree in in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of Full-time work experience with strong portfolio showcasing work in digital design, layout, multimedia, animation or signage-related projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects highly regarded).
- Good understanding of preparing files for print, engraving, fabrication or digital display.
- Strong visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into practical, visually effective design solutions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, especially when working with production and sales teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in signage, printing, engraving or digital display content is an advantage.
