We are currently looking for a full-time licensed conveyancer, experience is required.
The skills necessary for this job are:
- Good phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Punctual and with good time management
Tasks will include:
- Reviewing sale/purchase contracts
- setting up transactions on Pexa
- Advising clients
- liaising with the other side on matters
- Drafting sales contracts
- Handle end-to-end conveyancing files
- Stay ahead of deadlines and compliance
What you'll need:
- Conveyancing License
- Confident with PEXA & Duties Online
- Strong file management & client service skills
