Major Customer Manager - Healthcare

Healthcare is a critical market segment for Linde in South Pacific, and our Major Customers play an key role in the profitability and growth of the segment. The role of the Major Customer Manager - Healthcare, is to lead the commercial engagement with Major Healthcare Customers across the region. This role will report to the Head of Major Customer Management and work with a broad range of stakeholders, including Directors, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service. Success in this role is defined through continuously delivering growth through volume and margin. This role requires a high level of experience and history of success in Healthcare sales and contract management of government and private entities.
What you will enjoy doing
- Lead commercial strategy and manage key stakeholder relationships across major Government and Private Healthcare organisations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver sustained revenue, margin, and volume growth
- Lead national tender processes, ensuring best-in-class proposals aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations) to develop compelling offers and ensure contract compliance
- Manage complex contract negotiations, ensuring Linde’s commercial position is protected and optimised
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on growth, customer health, and market trends to senior leadership
- Support budgeting and business planning processes,
contributing to regional strategy and performance targets
What makes you great
- Proven track record in sales leadership and major contract wins
- Expertise in complex contract management, negotiations, and compliance
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Tertiary qualified in a business or science related discipline
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- 5+ Years of sales experience in a Healthcare-related field
- Clean and valid driver’s licence and ability to travel interstate as required
