We are seeking dedicated support workers to provide quality care and support for a child with autism in the Nowra region.
Pay Rates: $34 – $45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
Location: Nowra region (NSW South Coast)
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- A reliable car and current driver’s license
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Ability to start immediately
- Flexibility to work before and after school shifts as well as weekends
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach
- First Nations Applicants are desirable but not essential
- Male applicants preferred (client request)
About the role:
- As a Support Worker with Hive Care Group, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our client, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting independence.
- You’ll be supporting a child with autism in their daily routines, helping to build skills, confidence, and independence.
- This role is hands-on, rewarding, and vital in creating a protected, supportive environment
- Casual shifts available some are 2 hour shifts min.

- supporting an individual with autism: 1 year (Preferred)
