Role
We are looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with NDIS participants to support their physical health, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing. You will deliver tailored exercise programs, functional capacity support, and evidence-based interventions in participants’ homes, community settings, or via telehealth.

About the Role
You will:
- Complete assessments and develop individualised exercise plans
- Support participants with strength, mobility, balance, pain management, and functional capacity
- Deliver practical sessions in homes, community environments, or gyms
- Work closely with families,
carers, therapists, and support coordinators
- Provide progress notes, reports, and recommendations
- Ensure safe and participant-centred service delivery at all times
About You
- Degree in Exercise Physiology
- Current ESSA accreditation
- Experience working within the NDIS or community sector (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others
- Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR
- Must have a reliable car and valid licence
NDIS Compliance
You must meet NDIS requirements, including:
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Up-to-date Working With Children Check
- Adherence to NDIS Code of Conduct
- Accurate and timely documentationLocation
Melbourne and surrounding suburbs with travel to participants as required.

Pay: $60,049.22 – $106,531.52 per year
