Protech is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client in Seven Hills on a short-term contract starting January 2026.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience supporting project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
- Weekly Pay $$
- Ongoing l Monday - Friday
- January 2026 start
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration duties to support project teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance
- Prepare monthly claims and reports for management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project updates
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Robust organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to prepare and manage monthly claims and reporting
- Previous experience with Sydney Water projects is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
