What you’ll bring
- 15+ years’ experience client-side or contractor-side , with a sound construction delivery pedigree .
- Proven leadership across retail fit-out, refurb and commercial office programs—multiple concurrent projects,
complex stakeholder environments.
- Sharp commercial judgement (scope, program, risk, claims) and confident stakeholder communication.
- Tidy governance and reporting discipline; you don’t drop the ball.
What you’ll do
- Set strategy, programs and budgets; lock alignment with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead consultant/contractor teams to drive quality, safety and cost outcomes.
- Resolve issues early, manage risk and keep decisions moving.
- Mentor juniors and lift delivery standards across the portfolio.
