Tijuana in Manly is seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our team at a lively South American Bar & restaurant.

This position is for someone looking for a permanent part-time or casual role with 30+ hours per week.

We prioritise guest experience and a fun, energetic atmosphere, and we are looking for bartenders who share our passion for fun and great service.

If you have bar experience, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a love for South American flavours, this position offers an exciting chance for career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff, waiters, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution

Requirements:

- At least one year of experience as a bartender





- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid work rights in Australia
- RSA Certificate
