About the Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with disabilities? LivEasy Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers for a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Baldivis, WA. This is a hands-on role supporting youth with functional and cognitive complex behaviours, helping them live independently, feel valued, and engage meaningfully with their community.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support daily living activities including personal care, meal prep, and household tasks
- Encourage social and recreational participation to enhance wellbeing and inclusion
- Advocate for clients’ rights and ensure they are treated with dignity and respect
- Maintain accurate records and client documentation
- Work collaboratively with allied health professionals to deliver client-centred care plans
- Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities,
ideally with complex behaviours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
- Current First Aid certificate and valid driver’s licence
- Commitment to LivEasy Care’s values and promoting client independence

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker (Required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required)
- Working with Children Check (Required)
