Casual Motel Guest Services / Front Office
Muswellbrook Motor Inn | 2pm–8pm | Monday to Friday

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Guest Services / Front Office staff member at Muswellbrook Motor Inn.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (casual, between 12 - 24 hours/week)

Location:
Muswellbrook Motor Inn, Muswellbrook NSW

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings and updating reservation systems
- Responding to guest enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Handling payments and issuing receipts/invoices
- Coordinating with housekeeping and management
- Laundry duties and preparing linen

To be successful, you’ll need:





- Previous customer service or front office experience (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and a calm, friendly approach under pressure

Pay: $32.31 per hour
