The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is hiring a dedicated Finance Officer who is ready to contribute to the financial success of our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Finance Officer, you will manage all financial aspects of our business unit. The Finance Officer will oversee on-site finance activities, ensuring accurate financial performance and reporting. As the Finance Officer, you will also assist in the development and monitoring of financial plans. High standards and a shared vision drive us to elevate the guest experience. What will you do?
- Analyse financial performance and provide feedback to achieve site financial goals
- Prepare accurate financial reports and ad hoc analysis within required time frames
- Manage all banking, accounts receivable and payable, and stock management activities
- Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
More about you
- Extensive experience in a similar finance role
- Accounting or Finance degree (strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of NetSuite (desirable)
- Strong financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
