This broad and exciting role is pivotal to MineARC Systems ambitious Sales and New Product strategy for the coming years and will provide the successful candidate with the skills to progress their career in Sales, Innovation or Product Development.
The Role:
Due to internal growth, we are seeking a Sales & Innovation Coordinator, this newly created role will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Sales Team, Sales Manager and Chief Innovation Officer
- Lead Generation within new and existing clients via GAP Analysis
- Preparing quotes and correspondence in conjunction with Business Development Managers
- Managing and Updating Policies and Procedures within the Sales Dept.
- Updating the CRM
- Market research & Competitor Analysis
- Investigation of potential distributors and agents
- New Product Development
- Manage R&D; Project Meetings
- Collate New Product Development documentation
About You:
- Experience in selling and supplying plant and or equipment to heavy industry and/or Market Research/Innovation background preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Passion for Market Research and/or Lead Generation
- Ability to effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Capacity to work with a range of internal departments including Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Production
