AM Spring Services is a growing marketing studio working with clients across the property and building-materials sectors.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Copywriter who also understands SEO& GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to help improve Google Ranking and AI visibility across major AI search channels.
This role is ideal for a freelancer or someone with a full-time job who wants flexible extra work and long-term growth with our team.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Writing confident, engaging, and on-brand content for clients in the property and construction industry
- Creating blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and AI-SEO assets aligned with SEO & GEO objectives
- Conducting keyword and competitor research
- Understanding and adapting tone & style based on briefs
- Structuring content for traditional search engines and generative search engines
- Collaborating with the founder and marketing team to execute content plans
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience as a copywriter in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
- Hands-on experience (or solid awareness) of GEO and how AI search engines rank or surface content
- Clear,
concise writing style that suits developers, builders, architects, suppliers, and B2B audiences
- Strong editing and proofreading ability
- Ability to translate technical information into straightforward, valuable content
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently with consistent delivery
You Will Bring
- 4+ years SEO or SEO-focused copywriting experience
- Good technical SEO knowledge
- Ability to manage content tasks autonomously
- A detail-driven and analytical approach to writing and optimisation
- A genuine interest in how AI search and GEO are evolving
