Support wayfinding and service navigation for high-traffic areas and key campus functions
Maintain visibility and approachability at the Concierge desk and other designated locations.
Monitor and report on visitor experience, escalating concerns or recurring issues to the appropriate teams, and coordinate with the Security Team to support incident management and campus events as required.
Assist with coordination of VIP visits, campus tours, and special events as required.
Employees are required to participate in all ECU, team, and individual planning activities; comply with ECU policies and practices in all aspects of their work and conduct; and ensure the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others by complying with WHS and EO requirements.
