About the Role
As a Consultant Paediatrician you will deliver high-quality clinical care to paediatric and neonatal patients across the region.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing acute and chronic paediatric conditions including neonatal care
- Providing clinical leadership and working with a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Contributing to clinical governance policy and service improvement
- Supervising and mentoring junior doctors : Senior Registrar Registrar Residents and Intern
- Participating in an on‑call roster for emergency and neonatal care

About You
You are a qualified Consultant Paediatrician who is :
- Clinically experienced in general paediatrics neonatology and developmental care
- A solid team player with leadership and teaching skills
- Passionate about rural health and equity in care
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse setting especially with Aboriginal
