Position
Following the appointment of Ms Geneva Clayton to the position of Head of the Trinity Grammar Preparatory School, The Illawarra Grammar School is keen to appoint an experienced and skilful educator to lead its joyous and vibrant Junior School, commencing in Term II 2026.

The successful applicant will be:

- Passionate about promoting the Christian faith.
- A collaborative leader who values robust partnerships with staff, students and families.
- Motivated to see all children flourish academically, socially and spiritually.
The Head of Junior School is directly responsible to the Principal and is a member of the Heads’ Team, contributing to strategic leadership across the school.
