As the first friendly face our clients meet, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment.
This role is perfect for someone who loves style, enjoys helping people feel confident, and thrives in a calm, detail-oriented setting.
What You’ll Do
Front of House / Reception
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, phone calls and enquiries
- Maintain a beautifully presented reception and showroom
Optical Support
- Assist clients in selecting frames from our luxury collections
- Provide honest, personalised styling advice
- Learn the basics of optical dispensing (full training provided)
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
Who You Are
- A polished communicator with strong customer service skills
- Confident, friendly and able to build rapport easily
- Passionate about fashion, luxury products or design
- Detail-focused with a calm,
professional manner
- Comfortable learning new skills and working in a boutique workplace
- Experience in retail, reception, fashion or optical is a bonus — but not essential
Hours
- Part-time role
- Flexible days with potential Saturday morning work
