Poultry Hangers – Chicken & Turkey Hanging

APG Workforce is currently seeking physically fit, reliable, and motivated Process Workers to join a fast-paced poultry processing facility in Beresfield. This role is based at the front end of production in the hanging department, working with both chickens and turkeys.

Key Responsibilities
- Hanging live chickens and turkeys onto production lines
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Repetitive lifting and handling (up to 20kg)
- Standing for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Working in areas with strong odours and raw materials
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
- A reliable and punctual work ethic — this is a critical production role
- Comfort working around live poultry and in challenging environments
- Your own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
- No birds, chickens or pigs at home (strict biosecurity requirement)
- No medical restrictions preventing manual or repetitive work
- Immediate availability to start
