What You’ll Be Doing
- Bring our values to life by helping create a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels supported.
- Be a trusted partner to managers, offering practical advice on performance, coaching, and employee relations.
- Protect what matters by handling sensitive information with care and ensuring compliance with Fair Work and company policies.
- Keep things running smoothly by managing secure access to People & Culture systems and maintaining accurate data.
- Shape the employee experience by contributing to engagement and retention initiatives that make RDO a great place to work.
- Get out and about by travelling to our branches when required to provide in office support and coach leaders on People & Culture matters and initiatives.
- Drive progress by supporting a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience that counts – You’ve worked in a People & Culture or HR advisory role and know how to support managers and employees with confidence.
- Know your stuff – A solid understanding of Fair Work legislation and compliance requirements, so you can help us do things the right way.
- Great with people – Strong communication and relationship-building skills that make you approachable and trusted.
- Discretion is your superpower – You handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy and organised – Comfortable using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office to keep things running smoothly.
