In this role, you'll be fulfilling the following responsibilities:
- Providing guidance, direction, and support to team members throughout their shift.
- Distributing responsibilities based on individual skills and workload.
- Observing employee work habits, providing feedback, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Creating a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintaining high-quality service standards,
- Making sure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other.
- Complying with and maintaining sanitation regulations and safety standards required in restaurant service,
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and handling cash transactions.
- Checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Training new employees and overviewing their performance,
- Implementing and monitoring safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Handling crises and unexpected problems during the shift.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
