About the Role
Jacqui E Highpoint is looking for a confident, service-driven Store Manager who thrives on genuine customer connection, elevated styling, and leading a polished, high-performing team. This is a Full-Time position requiring availability across weekends, late-night trade, and public holidays.

Day in the Life

- Own visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation to keep the store looking its best.
- Build efficient rosters,
maintain smooth daily operations, and create an inclusive, positive store environment.
What You Will Bring
- Proven retail management experience with a track record in driving sales and KPIs.
- Expertise in managing stock levels and minimising stock loss.
- Experience in managing rosters within budget to ensure productivity.
- A passion for 1:1 customer service and team coaching.
- Strong leadership skills to foster team growth and succession planning.
