Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep – Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.

Dalby Christian College emphasises excellence and growth in Christian character with a vision of providing a Christian education that is founded on Biblically based beliefs, values, and behaviour.

An expression of a personal Christian faith, regular church attendance and a commitment to the ethos of Christian Education is essential.

Dalby Christian College is seeking a Head of Boarding in a full time, term time plus position to commence in January 2026.

The successful applicant will:





- A passion to work with teenagers in a Christian context
- Excellent behaviour management and pastoral care skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have oversight of the boarding staff
- An ability to work as team-oriented member of the wider College team
- Hold a valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Hold or be willing to obtain a LR licence
