What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a motivated, passionate leader who’s ready to make an impact.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Robust leadership and staff development experience
- Current First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Solid knowledge of EYLF, NQS and QIP development
- A track record of driving quality and excellence — ideally to ‘Exceeding’ level
- A love for high-quality education and a collaborative team spirit
- Willing to relocate in North Coast Region NSW
