At a’Mare, we showcase the best of Italian cuisine , seasonal produce, handcrafted pasta, woodfired flavours, and tableside service. All delivered in the spectacular setting of Crown Sydney.
Cibaria Manly is a multi-level, 350-seat Italian restaurant that brings together the best of Italian cuisine across its diverse culinary stations that include; antipasteria, salumeria, spaghetteria, bisteccheria, forneria, cruderia, friggitoria, and gelateria. From handcrafted pastas and woodfired pizzettas, to curated cocktails and house-made gelato, we offer a true Italian experience from morning through to late evening.
Our venue includes à la carte dining, private event spaces, and our beachfront Caffetteria open daily from 7am. We also serve bespoke drinks through Cocktaileria, located within 55North Bar by Cibaria, in partnership with the Manly Pacific Hotel (M Gallery).
We are seeking several Experienced Section Waiters who thrive in a high-performance environment, value precision and authenticity, and are driven to deliver excellence every service. bring genuine hospitality, expert wine knowledge, and a passion for Italian cuisine to our world-class venue.

We have casual roles to start with and full time for the right candidates.
Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- 1–3 years’ experience in premium dining and/or Hospitality Diploma
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Food and wine pairing experience in a fine dining setting
- Experience using POS systems
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Preferred Requirements
- Formal hospitality education or training
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as SevenRooms
- Italian language skills a bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
- Provide support to junior staff members and mentor up and coming waiters
- Support restaurant managers in monitoring team performance and guest satisfaction during service
- Ensure all team members are aware of daily specials
- Ensure your section is clean, stocked, and fully guest-ready pre-service
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
- Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
- Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
- Handle billing, payment processing, and resolve any guest concerns with care
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables and glassware as needed
