About the role
This role is a chance to be on the front line of something different in our industry. The Plumbers Co-op isn’t just another merchant. We’re owned by plumbers, and we exist to serve them — not external shareholders. That means our success flows directly back to the people who make it possible: our members and our team.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:

Assist and lead a great team and drive strong customer relationships
- Be hands-on in a agile role
- Build member connections — yes, including BBQs!
- Help grow the branch and be rewarded for it
Must be available to work alternate Saturdays (7am - 11am)
We’re after people who are ready to lead, roll their sleeves up,
and build on something they can be proud of. If you’ve got experience in plumbing, trade, hardware or retail leadership — and you’re ready to grow — we’d love to hear from you.
