Educational Leader at Eden

The Educational Leader in a childcare setting plays a vital role in guiding the educational program and supporting educators to enhance learning outcomes for children. Their responsibilities go beyond classroom teaching, they're focused on curriculum leadership,



mentoring and quality improvement.

You’ll be someone who…

- Partner with passionate educators to shape meaningful curriculum and champion high-quality learning experiences
- Empower teams to confidently embed the cycle of planning, elevating program quality and daily practice
- Lead the creation and delivery of an inspiring educational program that reflects our philosophy and nurtures each child’s individual journey
- Ensure every child’s learning and development is supported by the approved learning frameworks, bringing learning outcomes to life in purposeful and engaging ways

Skills & Strengths & Style…

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Solid knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- Full Australian working rights.
- A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation.
- The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community.
- A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference.
- Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor.
