We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic full time Apprentice Baker & a Bakers Assistant to join our fast paced growing team.
To be successful you will:
- Be prepared to work hard and get your hands dirty

- Take instruction and learn from other Baking Team Members
- Have the capacity to work full time
Experience:
- Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) ideal, but not essential.
- Completion of Bakers Apprenticeship ideal, but not essential.
- Previous Bakers Delight experience ideal, but not essential.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ bread production experience (fully qualified bakers only).
- Strong Communication skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety.
Person Specification:
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- A commitment to total Customer satisfaction to both internal and external Customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work within a team environment.
Job Types: Full time, Casual
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
