The Role
We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to keep facilities safe, reliable, and running smoothly. In this mobile role, you’ll partner with our clients and the BGIS team to deliver high-quality services using safe systems of work, with strong support for wellbeing, development, and career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Inspect and maintain refrigeration, chilled water systems, and BMS controls
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites
Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Your Education, Experience & Skills
- Trade Licence in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
- Minimum 2+ years ’ experience as an HVAC Technician
- Current Manual Driver’s Licence & White Card
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
