We're seeking a proven sales expert who masters the art of appointment setting.
This isn't an entry-level role - we need a seasoned professional with demonstrable conversion results who can hit the ground running from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Converting inbound leads into booked appointments, with one business hour follow-up (strict KPI)
- Working with lead quality that varies - we're constantly testing and improving our generation
- Consistently exceeding weekly appointment and conversion targets
- Handling website enquiries, referrals, and qualified prospects
- Maintaining meticulous records in our CRM system
Work Structure:
- Base Salary: $65,000 (pro-rata for part-time)
- Location: In-office or remote (circumstance dependant)
- Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered for exceptional candidates
- Commission: Weekly bonuses based on booked appointments plus additional bonus when your booked appointment converts to a sale (very high conversion rate)
- Income Potential: Uncapped - top performers can earn significantly more
- Potential Earnings: $150,214.40 including superannuation

You Must Have:
- Mastery of consultative selling and objection handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding booking targets
- Proven appointment setting expertise with verifiable conversion results
- CRM proficiency and systematic approach to lead management
- Expert-level phone skills and skilled communication
