The Manager's Advantage:

Your High-Impact Role:
We need an operations expert and positive leader to manage our thriving FOH and ensure seamless daily flow.
Key Expectations:
- Operations & Ownership: Take full command of FOH operations, scheduling, and procedures. Proactively seek efficiencies and improvements across the business.
- Specialty Coffee: Maintain and elevate our coffee program.
You must have proven experience leading specialty coffee training and quality control.
- Positive Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and roster the FOH team. You must excel at giving clear, firm direction in a positive, constructive, and motivational manner.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the vital link between the FOH, Pastry Chefs, and Café Kitchen Chefs, ensuring transparent communication and workflow efficiency.
What We Need from You:
- Proven management track record in a high-volume food service environment (2-3+ years preferred).
- Deep expertise in Specialty Coffee operations, training, and equipment management.
- A servant-leader mentality who achieves results through positive communication and high standards.
