Location: Charters Towers
Diamond and Boart specialise in providing diamond wireline consumables to the exploration drilling industry Australia-wide.
We are a small, hands-on company looking for an organised and versatile all-rounder who is willing to do what’s needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Forklift operation (loading and unloading trucks)
- Picking and packing orders
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- Maintaining a clean and tidy store
- Re-stocking and labelling products
- Monitoring stock levels
- Basic computer tasks
- Customer service
- Mowing and weed management
- General maintenance
- Light building and machinery repairs/maintenance
Applicants will:
- Be physically fit with a can-do attitude
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
- Be reliable and able to provide solid work references
- Show initiative and follow safe working procedures
- Be honest, respectful, and punctual
- Hold a current forklift ticket and driver’s licence
This role varies from day to day and includes heavy lifting and dirty/greasy work.
