We’re now seeking a Part Time Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who’s currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives.
Where you’ll work
North Bendigo Preschool is an Exceeding-rated service with an inviting educational space that includes a beautiful large outdoor play area set up to challenge children’s development and supports growth and learning. We are seeking educators who have a strong focus on community involvement and interaction and seek to share their experiences in a close-knit and dynamic team.
Role Details:
Diploma Educator
Monday and Friday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
14 contact hours + 3.5 non-contact hours = 17.5 hours per week
What You’ll Do
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you’ll:
- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
- Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences

What You’ll Bring
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
