HD Dental Studio is seeking an experienced, motivated, and friendly all-rounder to join our high-performing team.

About the Role
You will play an integral part in the daily running of the practice, assisting both clinically and at reception.
Your day will include:
- Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and surgical dental procedures
- Reception and patient coordination
- Administrative support and daily operations
- Stock control, ordering, and compliance tasks
- Supporting team communication and workflow
This is a long-term, permanent chance starting in a casual capacity to ensure the right mutual fit.

About You
You bring experience, initiative, and professionalism to your work,
and you are not afraid to get stuck in wherever help is needed. You’re reliable, proactive, and confident in both clinical and front-office settings.
You’ll have:
- Ideally 1+ years’ dental experience (more is a bonus, but not essential)
- Strong all-rounder skills across assisting, reception, and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and attention to detail
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to think ahead
- Confidence with technology and cloud-based software (Praktika experience preferred, or similar systems)
- A professional, polished, and team-oriented approach
No dental experience? No problem.

Role Details
- Initial casual start, progressing to permanent employment
- Approx. 24–38 hours per week (flexible for the right person)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mount Gravatt QLD 4122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Application Question(s):
- Must be flexible with hours to begin with. Hours will vary throughout the week depending on business needs.
- Availability Requirements
Must be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Must be able to work early mornings from 7:30am
Must be available for late finishes up to twice a week (between 6:00pm–7:30pm)
Wednesday evening availability is essential (finish at approximately 7:00pm)
Experience:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred)
