About the Role
- Decorating mudcakes, cheesecakes, tortes and specialty cakes
- Piping borders, rosettes and writing personalised messages
- Working with ganache, glaze, chocolate drips and other toppings
- Preparing and finishing fresh cream cakes
- Baking sponges, brownies, cupcakes and cheesecake bases
- Preparing fillings, creams and decorations
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation across all products

What We’re Looking For
- Proven cake decorating experience (Cheesecake Shop experience highly desirable)
- Strong piping, cream cake finishing and consistent decorating skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a quick-paced environment
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends when required
