We are now expanding and looking for committed, compassionate Support Workers to join our team across Australia.
About the Role
As a Support Worker with Smooth Sailing Support, you will be providing high-quality support to participants in their homes and in the community. Duties may include:
- Community access & transport
- Social support and companionship
- Personal care
- Daily living assistance
- Meal prep & household tasks
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and well-being
Hours are versatile and can be tailored to your availability.

- Comfortable working independently
Requirements
You’ll need:
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
- Experience in disability or support work preferred (not essential)
