About the Role:
Are you ready to step into a leadership role and make an impact?
We’re seeking a confident and organised Acting Practice Manager to lead the Coomera Family Dental team. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring a smooth, professional and patient-focused clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily practice operations to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow
- Oversee billing, stock control, and reporting within approved budgets
- Maintain compliance with WHS, infection control, and privacy standards
- Supervise, support, and develop staff across all levels
- Facilitate the End of Month process
- Manage and maintain the staff roster to ensure efficient clinic coverage
- Handle patient feedback and ensure a consistently high-quality experience
- Act as liaison between the practice, management, and clinicians
- Identify opportunities for operational and service improvement
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in dental or medical practice management
- Skilled in leadership, communication, and staff coordination
- Financially literate with sound administrative and reporting ability
- Solid understanding of dental software (Oasis)
- Knowledge of compliance standards including WHS, infection control, and privacy
- Calm, organised, and professional under pressure
Desirable:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Practice Management or Business Administration
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior (Level 5+) support or management role

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
