The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Business Development team and help drive growth through strong relationships with our Commercial Real Estate partners. In this role, you’ll manage and expand agency partnerships, onboard new partners, and support a range of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with CRE agency partners
- Prospect and onboard new partners
- Manage agency accounts and handle partner enquiries
- Follow up on leads and customer opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication
- Manage reporting and data using CRM tools (Pipedrive) and Excel/Holistics
- Provide insights and administrative support to the BD team




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding partner experiences

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Support, Account Management, or Customer Service (B2B preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- Confidence building relationships over the phone and online
- A goal-driven mindset with a history of hitting KPIs
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate or property services (a bonus)
