Casual Customer Service Officer – Join a vibrant team in one of Cairns’ busiest shopping Centres
Your current company
We’re seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to help create a welcoming experience for shoppers during the busy retail season. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly face that helps shoppers have a great experience. You’ll assist with general enquiries, provide directions, support promotional activities, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the centre.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for shoppers. You’ll assist with:
- General enquiries and directions
- Supporting centre promotions and events
- Creating a positive and helpful environment for all visitors
What you'll need to succeed
- A warm and approachable personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
