About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a 5+ PQE Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to work as part of our collegiate and highly regarded commercial healthcare team led by Lucille Scomazzon, Aaron Kloczko and Angela Wood, Australia’s leading lawyers in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have solid experience in the areas of M&A; as well as general commercial advice work. Experience in the healthcare sector is not essential but the candidate will have an interest in being part of, and contributing to, a sector facing team.
About you
Ideally you will have:
- 5+ years PQE experience in a corporate or commercial team in private practice
- Have a client-focused approach with a keen interest in understanding the sector’s commercial and regulatory drivers
- Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail
- Be an independent thinker, comfortable with learning new concepts quickly.
