Key Responsibilities
- Daily bank and trust account reconciliations
- Vehicle deal costing and delivery reconciliation
- Floorplan/stocking finance reconciliation
- Processing AP/AR (vehicles, parts, workshop)
- GST and margin scheme preparation
- Manufacturer incentive claims and rebate tracking
- Monthly P&L; reporting by department
- Inventory and WIP management
- Payroll and sales commission calculations
- BAS preparation (with CPA support if needed)
Skills & Experience
- Automotive dealership accounting experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with DMS systems (Pentana ERA / Titan / AutoIT / Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Sound knowledge of GST, BAS, and margin scheme
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- High accuracy under time pressure (month end)
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
