Home Care Support Worker – Brisbane & Moreton Bay
We’re looking for a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to support clients in their homes across the Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. Local applicants only.
About the Role
- Personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping
- Social support and community access
- Transport to appointments and errands
- Working with multiple clients across the day
What We’re Looking For
- Local to Brisbane / Moreton Bay
- Comfortable working independently and travelling between clients
- Reliable, caring, and professional
Essential Requirements
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + Comprehensive car insurance
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Pay: $38.18 – $43.24 per hour

- First Aid/CPR Certification (Required)
