Your Prospect
As a Client Account Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring home care clients receive high-quality, person-centred services that align with their needs, preferences, and funding. You’ll manage client relationships, provide financial guidance, and ensure compliance with aged care standards—all while helping clients get the most out of their Home Care Package.

What You’ll Do
- Client Engagement: Act as a responsive and supportive contact for home care clients, families, and caregivers.
- Relationship Building:
Build strong connections to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and service-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Financial Support: Handle complex financial queries, explain statements clearly, and assist with debt recovery.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies.
- Education & Advocacy: Help clients and families understand services and funding options.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to drive service enhancements.
