Australian Financial Market is seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to operate as a Credit Manager. Minimum 5 years' experience within the lending industry is required. Applicants will join a team of experienced Loan Processors/Credits Analysts and Mortgage Brokers currently servicing the greater metropolitan area of Sydney.
Applicants must have prior experience in assessing, preparing and lodging loan applications to the lenders. Prior Flex software and Apply Online experience is preferrable but not essential.

Skills & Experience
Preferred applicants must:
- Have minimum 5 years of Previous mortgage broking or loan processing experience
- Be able to manage a team of Loan Processors/Credit Analysts
- Be able to prepare Lender Proposals and Submissions
- Be Familiar with Apply Online
- Have Above average communication Skills
- Be able to multitask & learn
- Manage current internal reports and trackers
Full training of current processes will be provided.
Further training in Lending and assistance in gaining Mortgage Industry Accreditation can be provided.
