Family Contact Worker

Supervise and support safe family contact for children in care. Based in Baulkham Hills with travel to carer homes and community locations as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Transport and supervise family contact visits autonomously
- Write clear, detailed reports immediately after each visit
- Support care plans with Case Managers
- Identify and report child protection concerns
- Manage visits when not in the child's best interest
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Community Services (or related field) preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s Licence, WWCC, First Aid & NDIS clearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage conflict and work with diverse families
- Understanding of child safety and car restraint laws
- Must be available for a range of shifts
